Straighten your rack, marko, it's as tilted as you!:)
Tuna on a pizza? Hmmmm.....
Well, to be clear.
The pizza wanted to be made. It was merely all about timing and doing, neither of which I'm really capable of figuring out that perfectly.
Perfection is an illusion.
The pizza wasn't.
It was absolutely brilliant, as it was.
Im glad it was good! Looked like it would be. :)
Well, it was based on the ready-to-go pizza base from the local shop's freezer, so... How many things can go wrong? A lot. Luckily, not this time.
A worthy effort!
Sooo ... how did this creation of yours taste?
It was surprisingly good. I did change the direction of the plate and cooked it for another ten minutes further than I wanted to, because there were fluids coming out of the stuff... So I just turned the paper over (you do use those papers over there, just like here, right?) a bit and let the excessive moisture to be part of the cooking process.
It tasted bloody brilliant, as far as I can tell.
EDIT: Thank you, I'm hungry now. Great work there... I'm just glad I'm not one hundred percent werehyena.
Yes, we use parchment over here. I'm glad it turned out well. You should experiment some more ... you might be a master chef waiting to be discovered!
That sounds like a South Park title.
