You can say what you mean politely.
I can, for example, say
"I disagree with you."
instead of saying,
"you sadly live in a lunatic world of your own."
Quoting anyone we know? :)
Eh, meaningful, decent people exist. They're just rare and we always seem to take them for granted.
Perhaps that's where all the shitheads come from? lol
There are those who can actually maintain genuine politeness.
I mean what I say.
Why else would I say it?
I understand being polite. Among civil people it is the best way to go. But I also believe in honesty and clarity - the best stuff for good communication.
I've found that many people, maybe most people, are shocked at hearing the truth. Often offended! I mean look - we've had nearly half of our nation raging out of control for over a year now because their candidate didn't win an election.
Sometimes you have to tell a ** that he is a **! He might not know!
The real d*ckheads usually don't.
That's been my experience as well.
Politeness is more about how you speak than what you speak.
my politness is directly related to how stoned i am
It always pays to be polite to your waiter in a restaurant or to your drug dealer.
Or the guy standing in the corner that I THOUGHT I saw
That's really du ... Uh, I mean, I don't understand why you would say that.
Does that get my point across? I like to make a point without stabbing anybody with it.
I don't know if my cousins like me or are just being polite.
It reaches a point where you think some person is flirting and they are only being polite.
