1) When I was in highschool, one of the football players mothers would make a ton of garlic knots. THEY WERE ADDICTINGLY GOOD!
2) Also, when made right (which has been work to find), but at times, I have LOVED blacken chicken in a nice creamy sauce.
3) And I used to make an amazing jambalaya dish (or at least that's what I called it), lots of meat and spices, tasted a little cajun spices for sure.
