My bike has a flat tire and about an inch of dust on it. I keep telling myself I'll get it out and ride, but that never seems to happen.

You don't need a gym. Eat healthy and walk. Walking is free. I walk 20+ miles a week with my dogs. I feel like crap if I don't.
Yup walking is the best exercise it's low impact so you don't blow out your knees it is good all around exercise I like to get out and walk in the woods see all sorts of interesting wildlife when I do
