It's said that to live a balanced life...one should have many elements in their life...children of different ages...animals - of course - and other relationships...like grandparents... Not Everyone has a husband or a wife, not everyone has children or animals in their life...and not everyone has teenagers either... (I'm not sure this is a bad thing) So we make do with what we DO have...

People always say to be complete you need a husband, children or both and that is just BS. You need to be happy within yourself first and then everything else usually just falls into place.......usually.

I think it's different for someone who never had some of the elements in their lives compared to someone who had them and lost them. Either way, if you are going to live a fulfilling life, you have to make do with what you have or do something about it. :)
