Yes, once or twice several years ago.
Nah, I had too much to drink and my wife at the time drove. I slept in the back seat.
A Liberal - I must confess - would've insisted on driving while loaded.
Did that too many times in my 20's. I'm lucky I didn't kill anyone. What an idiot I was in continuing to do that.
If I did now what I did in my 20s I'd be in jail. Seriously.
I was caught many times DUI - convicted 3 times. Many times I was let go... unbelievable, eh?
Back then, it's like it was getting caught drinking in public, the cops would let so many people off with a warning. I'm lucky I never got caught, but I did spin out on my neighbor's lawn at 3am in the morning.
Backed my car in the garage and the next morning I noticed the neighbour's lawn was all torn up.
And now you are Veep!
The comedy series?
No. I thought you were a vice-president at a company... your new position?
Yes I am. I have a meeting with Treasury Board Secretariat office next week. The guy I'm meeting is the head of the new Greening Dept. His title is: Deputy Executive Advisor, I want that title when they bring me on board.
You're probably change it to something more bad ****
Haha ... in order for anyone to take you serious, you need a title that makes the person look important. Truth is no one is important, not even Trudeau.
This is why you are a veep: you take your position seriously :)
I have to confess I don't know anything about our politics. NOTHING! I know and love American politics much more. There's more excitement.
Yes the American Politics is way more exciting then ours. When I post about Canadian Politics, I don't get much comments.
No one cares about Trudeau other than his Hollywood looks.
You remember SCTV right?
There was a character that Eugene Levy came up with named Brian Johns (a nerd who professed to be a financial wiz). Every time I see Justin Trudeau I think of that SCTV character.
You only need to watch the first few seconds - not the whole thing - to get an idea of what I mean...
I loved that show, out of downtown Toronto. I was very young but my sisters used to watch it all the time.
Yes, I agree about Trudeau, especially when he never answers the questions asked.
No. I hate the back seat.
A few times after my heart surgery .... it was more like my ambulance.
Yes, when going with another couple, the women usually sit in the back seat and gossip. lol
Not that I can recall.
I always drive from the back seat.
Knight Industries Two Thousand!
I'll qualify bud. Never.
More than a few times. On a road trip with a buddy trying to get through the Midwest -- I'd drive and he'd sleep or he'd drive and I'd sleep. But mostly when I'd go out to the bars with friends and let the DD drive at the end of the night. I'm never, ever the designated driver. : )
Yes...on several occasions because I was asleep. It was on long drives.
Only when I've been too drunk to drive...
Good man :)
