Lose it slowly as quick losses return too quickly...lose 2lb a week and you will enjoy your change in eating habits and you will find a happy diet....but I prefer healthy eating

3 lbs in 2 month's is unhealthy, you can expect to loose 2lbs a week at most to be considered a healthy way of loosing weight, so 16 lbs in two month's should be your goal, eat healthy, eat ENOUGH, and exercise,
Why is 3lbs in two months unhealthy...I agree with 2lbs per week....
3lbs in 2 month's is not unhealthy, that is slow to loose weight haha, 30lbs in two months is unhealthy
